The hunter left his home on Monday evening. On Tuesday morning, a witness discovered his body on a tree stand. A shot was probably accidentally fired from his weapon while climbing or descending onto the high seat. The 56-year-old's rifle was probably unsecured. The victim must have accidentally put his finger on the trigger, says criminal experts.
