Drunk couple sets off skiing mission – it could be the most expensive skiing holiday of their lives. The couple was so drunk that they were taken down to the valley by the White Cross piste rescuers, which caused additional costs.
The Carabinieri piste rescue: Winter sports injuries have increased after the corona pandemic. The annual statistics from the Ski Accident Evaluation Center (ASU) show an increase in injured skiers in the 2022/2023 season to around 42,000 to 44,000.
