Bad Wiessee police station reports that a normal Sunday outing escalated on Sunday afternoon. A family of nine was traveling on go-karts in the Waakirkhen municipality and was quickly overtaken by a young man on an e- scooter. According to the police report, the young man then turned around, drove up to the seven-year-old, insulted him and hit him on the head with the palm of his hand.
