The progress report of Elisabeth Borne, Monday, on the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in France by 2030, has left skeptics ecologists. The dialogue may well be engaged with the ecologists on the side of the presidential majority, or give the impression of being, it may take place between the deaf.
The question always remains what is being done in reality. And the reality of ecology is that this cannot be done without changing the system, without tackling rents from situations that are harmful to the environment.
