Exor closed 2023 with a consolidated profit of 4.19 billion, 33 million less than the previous year. The NAV (net asset value) at the end of 2023 rises to 35.5 billion.

The Nav per share increased by 32.7% in 2023, exceeding the MSCI World Index by 15.1 percentage points. The dividend proposal will be submitted to the Exor shareholders' meeting. The share buyback program will resume for the remaining €250 million. Exor changes its reporting starting from 1 January 2024, qualifying as an Investment Entity pursuant to IFRS 10. It will change its reporting, deconsolidating the portfolio companies and accounting for them at fair value.
