Energy sobriety: the State's gas and electricity bill fell by 150 million euros in 2023, according to Attal. In its “ecological transformation” plan detailed this Thursday at the National Museum of Natural History, the State is aiming for a 10% reduction in its energy consumption between 2019 and 2024.
The number of State buildings whose energy consumption can be monitored remotely and on a daily basis increased from 5,000 to 25,000 in 2024. Only 80% of them are intended to be connected to the real-time monitoring system for energy consumption.
