Eni, meeting on 15/5, a plan for widespread ownership - Finance & Business. The board of directors of Eni, chaired by Giuseppe Zafarana, in today's meeting resolved to convene the shareholders' meeting, in ordinary and extraordinary session, in a single call for 15 May 2024, to resolve on the approval of the 2023 financial statements.
The meeting will also decide on the 2024-2026 widespread share ownership plan and the 2024 remuneration policy.
