Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's party has lost the mayoral vote in the key metropolis of Istanbul, according to preliminary unofficial results on Monday night. The results were announced by the state news agency Anadolu at around 10:30 p.m. local time (1:30 a.m.)
