Poland has recalled the Polish Eurocorps commander because of espionage investigations. General Jaroslaw Gromadzinski's access to classified information is being investigated.
Poland joined the multinational force with headquarters in Strasbourg as the sixth member. The EuroCorps can lead up to 60,000 soldiers; the headquarters consists of a staff with support units with around a thousand employees. The main task is the management and coordination of large international military operations. Germany is a “framework nation”
