A 26-year-old man is accused of raping a woman, now aged 30, in a park in Montgeron on the night of May 3 to 4, 2021. In 91% of cases, the victims know their rapist.
This is not the case in the trial which opened this Tuesday before the Essonne criminal court. The accused and his victim had crossed paths in the Moulin-de-Senlis park, inMontgeron, on the day of the alleged rape. The young woman gives them the description of her alleged attacker and tells them that he also stole her phone and her identity card.
