A 41-year-old man tried for raping a young woman suffering from mental retardation. Tried by the Essonne criminal court until Friday February 2, the accused must answer for acts of aggravated rape of a vulnerable person.
The victim is not present at his trial. Suffering from serious psychomotor disorders and epilepsy, his state of health does not allow him to do so. It is his mother and guardian who attends, as well as his brother. Her alleged rapist is in the box, detained since the events dating back to September 7, 2020 in Draveil.
