A 71-year-old man was taken into custody this weekend for masturbating, naked, in his garden, in full view of his neighbors. One of them actually filmed the scene to show it to the police.
The elderly man even made gestures akin to masturbation. He was referred Monday morning to the Évry-Courcouronnes judicial court, pending a criminal response. A psychiatric expertise is requested to find out if this man is in full possession of his means, police say.
