EU admits failure of ammunition plan for Ukraine. Only a little more than half of the promised quantity of one million shots will probably have been delivered by March.

EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said on Wednesday on the sidelines of a meeting of defense ministers in Brussels. The EU has admitted that its ambitious plans to supply Ukraine with artillery shells have failed. The plan was to supply the country with one million artillery shells by March this year, but only half of that is likely to be delivered.
