EU funds to be released to Poland in recognition of the country's rule of law. The funds will be used to pay for a number of projects, including the construction of a new railway line between Poland and the Czech Republic.

The decision was made by the European Commission, which is responsible for the funding of the European Union. The money will be paid for by the Polish government, as well as by other EU member states, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. The move is in response to Poland's decision to withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights.
