Emmanuel Macron's majority will launch their campaign on March 9 in Lille. The head of the majority list, which should come under the banner “Need for Europe”, will therefore be revealed before this public meeting.
Most parties have already designated their leader, with a first televised debate scheduled for March 14. But several executives from Emmanuel Macron's camp have refused this role or ruled out the possibility, including former Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne, the Minister of the Economy Bruno Le Maire.
