[HIGHLIGHTS] Expenses at Nice town hall: Estrosi ordered to reveal his expense reports by an elected official close to Ciotti

Commission for access to administrative documents (Cada) has issued a favorable opinion to the request of an elected opposition member LR. He is seeking to obtain supporting documents for the expenses of the executive of the city of Nice.

In its opinion, the commission explains that “receipts, supporting documents, invoices and expense reports [...] are supporting documents which constitute communicable administrative documents” “We want to know how public money is used,” insists Bernard Chaix. “What we want are the details and we’re going to dissect it all”
