In 2004, a mysterious commando called AZF threatened to blow up trains and demanded millions of euros from the French authorities. The courts sentenced a former business manager and his ex-employee to 5 and 3 years in prison in the case of the false AZF terrorist cell.

The story begins in December 2003, when a letter arrived at the Elysée: a group presenting itself under the name ‘AZF’ The authorities take the matter seriously, and try to contact the terrorist cell via the classified ads in the newspaper Libération.
