Ezequiel Starobinsky is an economist and author of four books. His new book, "The art of dissolving anguish," addresses ways to mitigate discomfort.

He says anguish is an existential void from which we should not flee, but accept. Starobinksi advises not to cover up anguish, but to sublimate it with art and social service. He hopes his work will inspire others to deal with their anguish and their own sense of emptiness. The latter is 100% self-help, he says.
