A man and a woman in their fifties were seriously injured when they fell from their balcony on the fifth floor. The other person who had been injured, and whose prognosis was life-threatening after the accident, was issued 90 days of total incapacity for work.

"We heard a boom! I thought it was a bomb, an explosion related to a problem of electricity or gas," said a neighbour. The inhabitants of the building have been instructed not to go on their balcony while waiting for "the expertise that will be carried out urgently"
