A 55-year-old motorcyclist died in a traffic accident near Mühldorf. His passenger was seriously injured and taken to hospital.
An investigation into negligent homicide was initiated. The public prosecutor's office also commissioned an expert opinion and seized all vehicles involved. The accident occurred around 13 p.m. on the MÜ36 district road in the district of Neumarkt-Sankt Veit. The victim was hit head-on by the car and died at the scene of the accident.
