MDA has begun training emergency rooms in the northern region to provide medical care. This, in the shadow of the warming of the northern sector and the worsening of tensions with Iran.
The purpose of the training is to enable the emergency rooms to provide first aid in case of need. At the same time, MDA is also working on the deployment of hundreds of immediate response vehicles. These will be able to provide an initial response, thus shortening the assistance time. The MDA ambulance fleet has recently increased and now includes 1,500 rescue vehicles, after it will be augmented by hundreds of donated ambulances.
