The actor and driver met an Argentine tattoo artist and got tattooed surrounded by people: 'I had to peel in front of everyone'.. Federico Bal was in the emblematic sites of New York, United States, and also visited the neighborhood of Williamsburg.
"I connect a lot with cities and with people. I try to connect and this city enchants. I came many times in my life and it's like I need a tattoo of this city," Bal said, explaining what he wanted to represent with his new tatoo.
