The minister notably “recalled France's availability” for “increased exchanges” with Moscow in the fight against “terrorism” Emmanuel Macron had already proposed to Russia on March 25 ‘increased cooperation’ in fight against terrorism.
Washington had alerted the Russian authorities of an “imminent” threat targeting large gatherings in the Russian capital, several weeks before the massacre.
