UxP Senate bloc refuses to call a session to discuss the DNU. The bloc has 33 senators, but needs another 4 to have a quorum.

Opponents of the decree say they are willing to work with the government. But they say they will not call a meeting if they do not have the votes. The vote on the decree is expected to take place in the next few days, says the head of the UxP senate bloc, Eduardo Rocha, who was absent from the meeting.
