A day before, President Vladimir Putin will give a speech on the state of the country. The burning chapel will be installed in the cathedral of the Moscow neighborhood of Mariino, in the southeast of the city. The burial will be in the Borisovo necropolis in the same area, said Yarmish, who asked everyone to "arrive early" to the cathedral.
