The man is now convalescing at home and is undergoing nutritional and motor recovery. A clinical case, with a process lasting 120 days, has already received recognition from the international scientific literature, having been published in the journal Transplant Infectious Disease. The patient has been suffering from polycystic disease with liver and kidney involvement since birth and is now recovering at home.
