The Pnrr quater decree obtains the green light from the Chamber (with 140 votes in favor, 91 against, and 3 abstentions). It is now sent for the second reading to the Senate, where it is expected in the Chamber on Tuesday 23 April with a vote of confidence.

The provision, launched on 26 February by the CDM, is a sort of 'omibus' of 46 articles, ranging from infrastructure to justice, from healthcare to sport. It aims to give acceleration and greater centralization on the implementation of the works, allocating 25 billion euros of additional resources to complete the Plan. The regions, in organizing the counseling services, can also avail themselves of the involvement of third sector entities with qualified experience in maternity support. PagoPa's capital will pass to Poligrafico (up to 51%) and Poste (for the remaining share). The latter may not enter into agreements which have the effect of exercising control over PagoPa.
