Six departments in west-central France were placed on orange alert on Saturday for risk of flooding by Météo-France: Dordogne, Corrèze, Charente, Haute-Vienne, Vienne and Indre-et-Loire. In Vienne, several streets in the town center of Montmorillon were flooded by an overflow of the Gartempe.
