Florida man accused of spending $30,000 on lottery tickets with his company card. Warren Johnson, 47, was driving a paving truck for All Phase Paving when he allegedly spent thousands of dollars on so-called "scratch-offs" using his employer's credit card.

Florida law allows the use of credit cards to purchase lottery tickets as long as they cost less than $20. The owner of the company stated in his sworn statement that the bank has not returned the money and that he still has financial losses.
