The Alembic Parisien distills the terroir of Île-de-France. Gins, brandies and liqueurs are produced on site, thanks to two copper stills.

All of its alcohols come from regional products, such as pears from Seine-et-Marne. Even the water used to lower the alcohol content of the distillates (75° at the still outlet) comes from the Chevreuse valley (Essonne)
