For the first time since its establishment: a collective agreement in the Israel Broadcasting Corporation - voila! Barangay. The agreement comes after, until the last few days, there was a dispute between the journalists' organization and the Jerusalem Journalists' Association, which threatened to take legal action against it if it were to be signed.
The expanded collective agreement will remain in effect until the end of 2026. It will anchor, among other things, the rights of the employees (at the broadcasting corporation there are about 1000 men and women working in the news division)
