The Derag (German Real Estate Group) with headquarters in the Bavarian capital Munich includes the Living Hotels with currently 18 hotels in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Nuremberg, Munich and Frankfurt. A restaurant including a bar will also move into the building. According to the information, an opening date has not yet been set.
