Former Red Bull engineer Rob Marshall joins McLaren as chief designer. Marshall will take up his new role at McLaren in January 2024.
Two other former Red Bull engineers have joined Ferrari. The move is seen as a way of bolstering the team's technical capabilities. The new hires will work under the direction of Ferrari chief executive Sergio Marchionne, who took over at Sauber after Fred Vettel left for Ferrari last year. The two new hires are American David George and British-born Briton Michael Schumacher.
