A 19-year-old man was sentenced to 18 months in prison for the violent attack on an individual in Cannes. On February 3, the victim was smoking a cigarette at the bottom of her building when she was approached by the suspect - just an adult - looking for tobacco.
The latter could not bear the refusal. Mad with rage, the attacker grabbed a wooden board with which he managed to break the unfortunate man's forearm. In a barely believable movement, he then severed part of his thumb with a single bite, before calling for help.
