Kinderland Weyarn GmbH runs 16 daycare centers with 1,350 children in three districts. Managing director Petra Götzenberger has just founded the Kinderland-Bildungsinstitut Impulskraft Gmbh.
It is aimed at career changers who want to get qualified to work with children. There will be a shortage of between 20,000 and 72,500 skilled and supplementary workers across Germany in the next five years to cover the need for daycare places.
