David Lemetais is coach of the French para-hockey team and the Crocodiles of Cléon, near Rouen. Under the tricolor colors, he is participating from April 15 to 20, 2024 in the World Ski Championship in Norway.

There are 18 clubs in France with just over 130 licensees, compared to around a hundred before the health crisis. The French team is progressing in the world table made up of groups A (USA, Canada, China, Japan, Slovenia, Czechia, South Korea) and C (Great Britain, Kazakhstan, Austria and Thailand) The goal is to score one more point than the opponent in the cages while respecting safety instructions, so no direct shocks. The team is qualified for the World Championship group B in Norway where we will face the favorite, Norway, Germany, Sweden and Great Britain and Kazakhstan, who beat us in Bangkok. It's cool what’s happening. There is great enthusiasm and great solidarity. We are creating something together and it is stimulating.
