Gérard Depardieu is the subject of a new investigation for sexual assault during filming in 2014. A former assistant filed a complaint in January against the actor.
“We learned of the existence of this complaint through the press. If the courts are seized, I choose, as a lawyer, not to speak publicly about this complaint,” reacted to AFP his lawyer, Me Christian Saint-Palais. The actor is already thesubject of a judicial investigation for rape, the prosecution said.
