The government is preparing to launch a “major consultation” on the energy and climate strategy, announced Prime Minister Gabriel Attal. The consultation will focus on the one hand on the PPE, France's energy roadmap (which energies, nuclear and renewable, by 2030 and 2035), and on the SNBC, the plan to reduce carbon emissions.
Announced in the Council of Ministers for the beginning of February, the energy bill was ultimately cut in January from its energy production and carbon emissions reduction objectives.
