Moody's rating agency assigned an “AA2” with a stable outlook to the finances of the City of Paris. “This is the best possible score for a local authority, thus confirming the rigorous management of Paris,” City Hall was quick to comment in a press release.

First deputy (PS) Emmanuel Grégoire reemphasized it: “The situation of Paris is very healthy and this is exactly the opinion of Moody's on our capacity to have a very healthy debt"
