Israel's information on the death of an Australian aid worker deemed “insufficient”, according to Canberra. Lalzawmi Frankcom, 43, was killed on Monday with six other aid workers in an Israeli strike in Gaza.

The Israeli army admitted on Friday that a series of errors at various levels was at the origin of the deadly strikes against humanitarian workers. The aid workers were killed after overseeing the partial unloading of a ship carrying 300 tonnes of food aid from Cypriot.
