Gender transition: justice asks the High Authority of Health to reveal the names of its experts. Faced with its refusal to make public the composition of its working group, associations took legal action.
The court gives the HAS one month to execute the decision; HAS is also ordered to pay €1,500 to the applicant association. Most transactivist associations have taken a public position in favor of the demands made by this group. Only one of the experts has resigned, judging that the composition is made up of people who have already made a gender transition.
