Georgia judge dismisses three of four charges against former President Donald Trump. One charge was for asking a public official to violate his oath of office.

The other two were for asking the speaker of the House of Representatives to call a special session to annul the election. The judge said the charges were not specific enough to be considered a crime. The decision is a blow to the defense, which is trying to remove the judge from the case over a conflict of interest. The case will continue until the Supreme Court decides on the case.
