Israel Police published a document of the moments of the attack in Kochav Yair, in which four police officers were injured. In the published video, the terrorist is seen getting out of his vehicle, and running towards the security guards in an attempt to stab them.
From the investigation of the case, the fear of another terrorist or accomplice to the attack has been ruled out. The terrorist is 26-year-old Vehav Shabita, a resident of the nearby castle. His family members claimed that he had recently been diagnosed with a mental disorder, following tests he conducted.
