Three people, aged between 26 and 31, have been arrested in Paris. They are accused of being part of an international network of "jackpotting" The method involves hacking an automated teller machine to empty its contents.

One of the suspects was already known to the police for similar reasons. The three were arrested with 49,000 euros, three vehicles, false papers and materials to hack the machines. The damage to the machines is estimated to be around 80,000 euro. The arrests are part of a wider investigation into the hacking of ATMs in France.
