An 11-year-old schoolboy from Goussainville is suspected of having threatened one of his teachers on TikTok. The investigation began on Friday evening when the prefecture's services reported to the prosecutor's office a video posted online on the TikTok platform.
The young schoolboy allegedly made threats against his history and geography teacher and praised a terrorist group. Due to his age, under 13, he is not eligible for criminal prosecution and therefore imprisonment. He is also the subject of an educational assistance measure in an open environment.
