The Greens became the strongest force ahead of the FPÖ. The conservative ÖVP lost heavily with its electoral alliance.

The big winner of the evening is Johannes Anzengruber, who split off from the ÖVP with his own list. The left-wing Alternative Liste Innsbruck (ALI), which was still at a good 2 percent in 2018, was able to record gains. The Tyrolean regional party FRITZ also gained around two percent.
