Guterres opens security conference. Conference leader Heusgen wants to look for the “silver lining” this year.
Around 50 heads of state and government are expected. Around 100 ministers as well as numerous other politicians and experts are expected to attend the conference at the Munich Hotel Bayerischer Hof from February 16th to 18th. The focus is likely to be on the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East. Last year, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky opened the conference.
