Pétion-Ville, the last district of Port-au-Prince which retained a semblance of normality, seems to have become the new objective of armed gangs. 15 bodies were found riddled with bullets in one of the city's main arteries Monday morning.

Residents report that during the night from Sunday to Monday, armed groups invaded the neighborhoods of Laboule and Thomassin. High-ranking members of the Haitian administration were the targets of this looting: judge of the Superior Court of Auditors.
