The UN has launched an appeal for help in the face of a “critical situation” The country has not had a president or parliament since the end of the last election in 2010. The situation is “more than unbearable,” says the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. “We have no leaders, no one, we have nothing. It's every man for himself,’ says one man.
