French women's handball team beat Latvia 53-9 in Saint-Chamond. Les Bleues have already qualified for Euro 2024.

The last qualifying match before the Olympic Games begins on June 12. France will play a friendly match next Sunday in Clermont-Ferrand against Romania. The French had already defeated Italy last Wednesday (36-13) in a Euro 2024 qualifying match for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The tournament will be the first ever to be held in the Summer Olympics.
